I keep going back to my favorite beach villa in Protaras. They helped me with currency tips on my first stay. It suits me perfectly with everything I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, flat-screen TV, fitness centre, outdoor pool, massage. Can't wait for my next romantic escape!

This villa was absolutely amazing! The rooms were beautifully decorated and had a cozy feeling. We loved waking up to stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, as well as the garden, river, and mountains. The villa had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and oven. The private bathroom was a treat, with a luxurious jetted bathtub and complimentary toiletries. The balcony and private entrance added a touch of exclusivity to our stay. Having free WiFi was a great convenience, allowing us to stay connected.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the jetted bathtubs, but I understand that some guests may enjoy them.

The pool area at this villa is absolutely fabulous, with plenty of lounging space and sun for most of the day. We enjoyed playing cards as the sun set in the fab seating area. The location is great, with local amenities within walking distance. We had a peaceful and calm holiday with lots of sun, comfort, laughs, and good vibes. The villa suited our needs perfectly. The host was very communicative and helpful, even giving us a late check out for our evening flight. We highly recommend this villa for a family or chill friend holiday. We would definitely come back.

The location was absolutely perfect! It was close to the beach and also convenient to shops and bars. The area felt safe and quiet, which was great for a relaxing family break. The villa itself was stunning and even better than what we had expected. It was perfectly clean and well-maintained, with regular visits from a pool cleaning company. We were also impressed with the size of the pool, which was larger than most others we saw. Additionally, the host was amazing. They were responsive, flexible, and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The weather during our stay was not ideal. We visited towards the end of September and it was nice and sunny till noon, but very windy afterwards.

Stayed at a wonderful villa that exceeded our expectations. Riverland Beach Villa was the perfect choice for our holiday. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the top-notch communication and hospitality of the host, Ms Eleni. the house itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, giving off a cozy and summer vibe. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the collection of books and toys for the kids, to the fully equipped kitchen and BBQ area. the pool area was a massive hit, with built-in stairs and inflatable toys. a fantastic stay that we would highly recommend. Cons: Can't fault anything about this villa. 🙌.

Spacious and Well-Equipped Villa: The split-level villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a living room with a flat-screen TV and a kitchen with all the necessary amenities. It felt like a home away from home.

Limited Poolside Seating: The poolside area did not have enough seating options, which made it slightly challenging to relax by the pool.

Fine location, close to beaches. Clean and spacious villa. Large pool. Safe and quiet area. Responsive and accommodating host.

Couldn't stay longer.

Comfortable and fully equipped villa with a home-like feeling. Small beach nearby and great Fig Tree Bay beach within reach. Highly recommended for a great time.

Felt warm, nothing to complain about.
